Our premises.
The former Renault industrial factories, located on the banks of the Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt, Métal 57 is a high-end building restored with a focus on preserving its architecture and adapting to new uses. Innovation was at the heart of the considerations that led to the design of these spaces meeting various needs, particularly including numerous services accessible to collaborators (RIE, food court, sports halls, etc.). The building is also characterized by a strong social commitment and an ambitious environmental approach.

Alexandre is responsible for the overall management and development of the company. In this key role, he oversees all operations, drives the long-term strategy, and implements key initiatives to foster growth and innovation.
As a general manager, he works closely with the executive teams to define and execute strategic plans, thereby strengthening Netatmo’s position in the international market.
Before joining Netatmo, Alexandre held the position of Vice-President of Energy Efficiency at Legrand. With 16 years of experience in the group’s international subsidiaries, he worked in Egypt, China, Southeast Asia, and France. He began his career by launching and developing the Cablofil cable tray business in Spain and Portugal for 8 years, before the company was acquired by the Legrand group in 2005.

The Legrand Group has implemented a system applicable in all its subsidiaries that allows anyone to alert the Group about an illegal, unethical, and/or dangerous fact or behavior affecting general interest, individuals, or the company. These alerts can be submitted to the Group's Compliance Officer and the Group Human Resources Director via legrand.signalement.net.
As stated in the Group's Fundamentals Charter, the group ensures protection against retaliation for whistleblowers. Thus, no one will face retaliation, nor threats of retaliation, for having reported an ethics or fraud problem in good faith.
The information collected by all individuals involved in the report and those concerned remains strictly confidential. The personal data is collected in compliance with legal provisions, and notably in accordance with the modified French Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation. The individuals concerned (whistleblower, individuals handling or processing the report, individuals mentioned in the report as alleged victims or witnesses of the facts) can exercise their right of access through the system or by mail addressed to the Group Compliance Officer. Through exercising this right, these individuals will not receive any data related to third parties.
